Currently, from IMAN TEMPORING SABADELL, we are selecting a HR People & Culture Business Partner for a major Multinational company in the chemical sector, located in the Vallès Occidental area.

KEY TASK

- Recruitment and selection processes with first line managers, ensuring compliance of Group procedures. Orientation and on-boarding process for new employees.

- Produce ad hoc reports and analysis of HR data for Senior Management Team.

- Manage the annual salary review process.

- Manage employee Labour relations ensuring law compliance, Group procedures.

- Monitor employment legislation and best practice in people management and recommend improvements to HR procedures and policies.

- Align and roll-out KPIs systems across Area business units and functions considering group and region standards.

- Direct process of organisational planning that evaluates structure, job design and personnel resources for the company.

Required education, experience and job-related skills

- University degree or equivalent

- 5 or more years of experience in HR activities

- Managerial experience

- Ability to work and communicate with people at all levels of the organisation

- Communicate in English (advanced)

- Planning and organizing skills

- Computer skills

- Salary: € 45,000 - € 50,000 gross per year
